You may pay with credit/debit card details using the internationally recognised and supported Worldpay or Google Checkout secure payment systems.
Minimum order value for cheque payments is £50 + VAT & Delivery. Goods paid for by cheque are not despatched until 7 days after receipt of cheque.

All goods on this site are subject to VAT at the current prevailing rate which will be applied at the checkout.

StraightLines.com do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Delivery
Every product on this website is in stock and ready for immediate despatch unless otherwise stated.
All items weighing less than 2kg are despatched by 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded delivery and will need a signature upon receipt.
All packages over 2kg and Frame packers are despatched via Parcelforce or similar courier on a 48hr service and will need a signature upon receipt.
Orders received before 1.00pm are despatched the same day, orders received after this time and at weekends are despatched the next working day.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the order form.
Returning goods
If you are unhappy with any items you may return them within 28 days of purchase. (distance selling regulations give you 7 days but we have extended this to 28 days).
All returned items are at your own cost, unless the item is faulty.
If goods are purchased by debit or credit card, refunds can only be credited to the same card.
When returning products we recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking.
We will refund the purchase price excluding delivery in full, except for Plastic Framepackers.
All returned Plastic FramePackers are subject to a 25% restocking charge.
